You may schedule your Telehealth Visit below. New Clients, please note that our system will prompt you to create an account. We will ask you to sign our Welcome Form and Notice of Privacy Practices. This Form discusses all of our practice policies and pricing in detail. Signing the form doesn’t obligate you to a visit, however it is required in order to schedule.

Fees

Once you’ve filled out the above form and booked your visit, we’ll ask you to pay a $100 non-refundable non-transferable booking deposit to hold your day & time. The remaining balance for your first visit will be charged at the time of your Telehealth Visit.

PLEASE NOTE: your visit is not covered by insurance.

Paperwork & Records

Dr. Kate’s approach combines a thorough intake and history. We ask you to set aside an hour a few days before your first visit to fill out your paperwork. You are given an opportunity after you’ve scheduled, but before your first visit, to send us any relevant lab work. Submitted relevant medical records and lab tests will be reviewed during the visit.

Dr. Kate will send you a detailed, personalized Wellness Guide by the end of the day on the day of your first visit.

Kate Naumes ND holds her license in the state of Oregon. Unlike 22 US states, Texas does not yet license Naturopathic Doctors. As such, she operates in Texas as a wellness consultant, not as a physician (MD, DO). As a consultant, Dr Kate acts alongside your primary care doctor, OB/GYN, fertility specialist, endocrinologist, & any other important members of your healthcare team. She also enjoys supporting women during pregnancy alongside their birth care provider.

Kate Naumes, ND is able to guide you towards abundant fertility, less menstrual pain, balanced moods, normal menstrual cycles, ideal body composition/weight, luminous skin, better libido, less first trimester nausea, easier labor, a smooth postpartum period, less risk for postpartum depression, healthier babies, and more.

We help women achieve optimal health in the childbearing and peri-menopausal years through a model that is more feminine in nature. With beauty, clarity, organization, and joy, Dr. Naumes seeks to embody and to teach women crucial Naturopathic principles of self care. She tailors her recommendations to meet the individual needs of each client. She believes in the power of preventative medicine and the necessity of client education. Her approach combines a thorough history with lifestyle modifications such as dietary, sleep, and exercise recommendations, as well as various holistic methods to guide and empower her clients on their journey to optimal health.

Rather than focusing on the treatment of disease or elimination of symptoms, Dr. Naumes, considers how we live, how we interact with our environment and how those choices affect our well-being.

Dr. Naumes (sounds like ‘Thomas’) holds a Doctorate in Naturopathy and a Certificate in Midwifery from Bastyr University; she holds a BA in Biochemistry from Mt. Holyoke. Dr. Naumes is a member of the American Association of Naturopathic Physicians and the Texas Association of Naturopathic Doctors. She is a NAMS Certified Menopause Practitioner (NCMP).
